Group Session (13 & up)

Our Group Training Session is a high-energy, coach-led workout designed to help athletes develop skills while training alongside their peers. This one-hour session focuses on fundamental athletic development, sport-specific drills, and conditioning in a motivating team environment.

Athletes will work on speed, agility, strength, coordination, and technique while learning teamwork, discipline, and competitive mindset. Coaches provide instruction, demonstrations, and corrections to ensure proper form and effort while keeping training fun and challenging.

Great for athletes who thrive in a group setting, enjoy competition, and want quality coaching at an affordable rate.

Baseball Beast Mode (ages 10-18)

Feral Tots is a high-energy foundational training class designed for our youngest athletes. This program channels big energy into structured movement, helping little ones develop coordination, balance, strength, and confidence.

Through fun, age-appropriate drills and games, athletes learn the fundamentals of teamwork, listening skills, discipline, and sportsmanship — all in a positive and motivating environment.

We take that wild energy and build it into focus, control, and strong athletic foundations.

Our 1-on-1 Specialty Training is designed to give athletes focused, personalized coaching tailored to their specific sport and position. During this one-hour private session, the athlete works directly with a coach to develop skills, improve technique, and build confidence in a distraction-free environment.

Each session is customized to the athlete’s individual needs, whether that’s speed and agility, strength, conditioning, footwork, or position-specific development. Coaches provide real-time feedback, corrective instruction, and performance strategies to help athletes reach their full potential.

Best for athletes who want personalized attention, faster skill development, and targeted training in their specialty.

Spike Squad Volleyball

Ready to learn volleyball in a fun, positive, and encouraging environment? Spike Squad Volleyball is designed for athletes ages 6 and up, from beginners to experienced players looking to improve their skills.

Each class focuses on the fundamentals of volleyball, including passing, serving, setting, hitting, footwork, communication, teamwork, and game strategy. Our experienced coaches help every athlete build confidence, improve technique, and develop a love for the game while having fun.

Whether you’re picking up a volleyball for the first time or preparing for competitive play, this class will help you grow your skills in a supportive atmosphere.

Ages: 6+
Skill Level: Beginner to Advanced
What to Bring: Athletic clothing, athletic shoes, knee pads (recommended), and a water bottle.

We have had such a great experience with Coach Murray. Our son has participated in both group and private training sessions, and we have been extremely impressed with both.
Coach is very knowledgeable, encouraging, and truly invested in helping the athletes improve. The group sessions are a great way to develop skills while working alongside other athletes, while the private sessions provide more individualized instruction and attention to areas where our son can continue to grow.
We have seen noticeable improvement in his skills, confidence, and overall capabilities. Most importantly, he genuinely enjoys going to training and looks forward to each session.
